Robert Eugene Perry
~  Publisher ~
Hello friends!

Just a word about my publishing philosophy:

Writing is about finding your voice and learning to express it.
My job is to bring joy into the process and
to accurately represent your message in the book I publish.

I do not have any other agenda.
I am not expecting to be a major publisher.
I am not a taskmaster on deadlines.

I have spent the last several years making connections and
building up the local poetry community. Life is difficult.
This is wicked fun. If it wasn't fun, I wouldn't do it.

If you want to have a conversation,
the easiest way for me to keep track of everything is via email.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

E.S.P. (Eric Petersen) struggles with depression, substance abuse, parental alienation, abandonment, and marriage ending in divorce — the author has had a lifetime of experiences. Add to that all he has witnessed working in human services for the past twenty-four years, and you can understand why E.S.P.’s poetry has served as both a coping mechanism and a passion for him.
His first poetry collection Brutal Rhymes for Brutal Times is a compilation of the author’s life-long love affair with writing. Many of these poems are about, or even written during, particularly brutal times in his life. He says: “Some of these poems are brutally sad. Some are brutally funny. Some are brutally honest. They are all brutal. Even if I write a bad poem, it won’t just be bad — it’ll be brutally bad.”
He released a second collection of poetry Memos from the Milieu with Metaphysical Fox Press is 2025.
